A mother and her two daughters have died in a fire that swept through their apartment at Abuakwa in Kumasi, Wednesday dawn.
They have been identified as Abigail Manu 28, Norah Yeboah, 9 and Philipa Yeboah, 6.
Rainbowradioonline.com has gathered that the mother was seen shielding the two children from the fire after dousing the flame.
Some have also claimed she screamed for help .
Two of the five people who occupied the house at the time of the incident escaped unhurt.
Some individuals who went to scene to rescue the mother and the daughters said attempt to break into the room was unsuccessful due to the security enforcement of her door.
The security door according to some eyewitnesses was improved because she was robbed twice.
