Kobena Ebo, a 37-year-old married guy, suffered enlarged testicles after having sex with his ex-girlfriend in a bush.
The event is said to have occurred in Gomoa Dawurampong, Gomoa West district.
The young man in his narration said he had travelled to the area to collect food stuffs for his wife, who had given birth.
While in the bush, his ex-girlfriend came there to search for firewood, but unfortunately, she sat down and opened her legs while she was not wearing underpants.
Kobena Ebo said he could not control his feelings and so had unprotected sex with the ex-girlfriend.
He said that after some days, he started experiencing burning sensations in the penis, which later developed into rashes.
He disclosed that although he had sought spiritual assistance from some prophets, his condition had not improved.
Meanwhile, the Chief Executive Officer of Nobel Trust Herbal Clinic, Dr. George Donkor, says the condition is not spiritual but a sexually transmitted infection that requires urgent surgery.
Speaking on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM’s Nyankonton Mu Nsem, he stated that the issue being attributed to supernatural forces could simply be a coincidence.
He said the condition is classified as giant scrotal elephantiasis.
“When you examine the video you sent me, this is a sexually transmitted infection. It is known as giant scrotal elephantiasis, which affects men. It is a massive enlargement of the scrotum due to the thickening of tissue and the accumulation of fluid. In women, it is known as giant genital elephantiasis. This is a condition that affects both men and women. It can be caused by obstruction, aplasia, or hypoplasia of lymphatic vessels. It is usually caused by an acquired infection,” he explained.
He advised that the treatment required is medical surgery and not herbal treatment, stressing that “he requires medical surgery, which could take four months to offer him the best treatment he deserves. It is deadly and can kill him. He should not waste time and attribute it to spiritual forces. He requires immediate surgery by professional doctors,” he added.
He said with a successful surgery, he will regain his health and gain his penis back and performance sexually.
