Corporate Communication Specialist and Head of Corporate Communications for Ghana National Gas Company (GNGC), Ernest Owusu-Bempah Bonsu, has revealed that Hope Adorye, a former member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has never been his friend.
He indicated that he was only fighting a course with him, but there was no friendship between them as perceived by people.
‘’Hopeson Adorye has never been my friend. He has never been my friend, and he was not my friend. We were just fighting a course for our political party, which was the NPP. End of story. He has decided to go his way and support Afranfranto. He has never been my friend.’’
He also claimed that Alan Kyerematen is someone he cherishes, but his recent outburst against former President Agyekum Kufour was all due to emotions and bitterness.
‘’Alan spoke out of bitterness and emotions. I don’t think he meant what he said; he spoke from within the heart. But time will tell. Alan is still a member of the NPP, and even if it takes a thousand years, he will return to the NPP. He has done this before, and I am optimistic he will return to the party. We have also asked members of the NPP not to insult him. He is still a member of the party and will return at the right time.’’
