The Electoral Commission has halted the re-collection process for Dome Kwabenya and Ablekuma North constituencies.
The electoral body halted re-collection for the two constituencies, citing a lack of adequate pink sheets and unresolved disputes over key election documents.
Dome Kwabenya and Ablekuma North were among seven other constituencies identified for re-collection following a High Court decision ordering a review of election results due to alleged irregularities.
For Ablekuma North, the returning officer stated that the exercise had to be halted due to his inability to present the entire complement of pink sheets.
Sixty-two (62) of the anticipated total number of pink sheets are still unaccounted for, which prevents the recollation process from being finished.
