Parliament has approved the nomination of Lydia Lamisi Akanvariba as the Minister of State for Public Sector Reforms, along with 13 deputy ministerial nominees.
The nominees have been approved following their successful vetting by the Appointments Committee.
They were approved following the adoption of the twelfth and thirteenth reports of the Appointments Committee
The approved deputy ministerial nominees are Justice Srem-Sai as Deputy Minister for the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General, Ernest Brogya Genfi as Deputy Minister for Defence, and Thomas Nyarko Ampem as Deputy Minister for Finance, among others.
The rest are Alhassan Suhuyini, Deputy Minister for Roads and Highways; John Dumelo, Deputy Minister of Food and Agriculture; Dr. Clement Apaak, Deputy Minister, Education; Sampson Ahi, Deputy Minister, Trade, Agribusiness, and Industry; Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi, Deputy Minister for the Interior; and Richard Gyan-Mensah, Deputy Minister for Energy and Green Transition.
