The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) announces that it has accepted revised bail conditions submitted by the legal counsel for Mr. Paul Adom-Otchere, former Chairman of the Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) Board.
According to a statement issued by the OSP, the revised terms, which align with the objectives of the original bail conditions, have been guaranteed by the Jospong Group of Companies, acting as surety.
It indicated that the OSP continues to actively investigate the matter.
An official update issued by the OSP on Thursday July 31, 2015 indicated that the broadcast journalist was required to present two landed properties (of no specific value) registered in his name.
“However, he has informed the OSP that he does not own landed property in Ghana. As a result, he remains in custody until the bail terms are satisfied,” the OSP said its update posted on the official Facebook page.
According to the OSP, Mr Adom-Otchere is under investigation alongside two others.
The two other persons are Otchere Kwame Baffour Awuah- Group Executive, Commercial Services, GACL and Albert Adjetey Adjei-Laryea – CEO of Devnest Systems.
