While the deceased’s formal identity has yet to be confirmed by authorities, community efforts to gather more information remain underway.

Reporting on the story for Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, Obaapa Bella noted that although the man was not a local resident, he was known to have traveled to the area from Northern Ghana.

In light of the tragedy, residents have been urged to provide any relevant information that could help identify the victim or assist in tracking down the driver involved.

The victim’s body has since been deposited at the mortuary for preservation.
