President John Dramani Mahama has appointed Adam Mutawakilu as the acting Chief Cxecutive officer (CEO) of Ghana Water Limited (GWL).
A letter issued by Dr. Callistus Mahama, Executive to the President, said the appointment is subject to the constitutionally required advice of the GWL Governing Board, in consultation with the Public Services Commission.
The appointment of Mutawakilu takes effect from January 22, 2025.
The President extended his congratulations to Adam Mutawakilu and requested he formally indicate his acceptance of the appointment within fourteen (14) days of receiving the letter.
“Kindly indicate your acceptance or otherwise of this appointment within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this letter. Please accept the President’s best wishes.”
