Residents of Fumso in the Adansi Asokwa District of the Ashanti Region have been thrown into a state of fear following an invasion of crocodiles in the area.
Some residents have claimed that the invasion is a result of the anger of the river gods in the area.
The residents told this website that they were in shock after they woke up only to discover the two huge crocodiles in the area.
The strange reptiles were seen roaming the town.
Although some of the Elders of the town tried to calm the people down and allay their fears, they kept giving spiritual interpretation on the issue.
Meanwhile, the Fumso Traditional Council has poured libation to appeal to the Fum river to forgive residents of the community if they have done something against the stream.
