The Management of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) has asked its staff not to report to work from Monday, February 24, 2025.
The directive was in connection with unresolved issues related to employment and salary payments.
A memo issued by NEIP ma d dated Friday, February 21, said “Management has been instructed to adhere strictly to due process in regularising staff employment to prevent further legal complications.”
According to NEIP, once the issues are fully addressed, those whose services are required would be asked to range work.
“Additionally, all staff who are in possession of property belonging to NEIP are required to hand them over to the HR Officer by close of work on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.”
