The Office of Special Prosecutor has provided an update on Raphael Mensah, aka Odoi, who was declared wanted recently.
In its update, the OSP said Odoi has returned from abroad, surrendered, and was placed before the court today, Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
The OSP said Odoi was granted bail of GHS 100,000 with two sureties, ordered to deposit his passport, and ordered to report to the OSP every two weeks.
Raphael Mensah was declared wanted by the OSP in connection with his alleged role in a corruption-related offence.
Odoi is alleged to have aided and abetted the improper use of a public office for personal gain, contrary to section 20(2) and 179C(a) of the Criminal Offences Act, 1960 (Act 29).
