The management of Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, has announced the expulsion of two male students following their involvement in same-sex activities.
In a public announcement issued by the institution, the university management stated that the penalties were handed down after the affected students were found guilty of breaching campus regulations.
The expelled students have been identified as Onumuko Hamza Adagiri, a Biology Education student with matriculation number 23L1BE0945, and Abdulazeez Lukman Eneji, a Mining Engineering student with matriculation number 23L1MN0088. Both individuals faced the ultimate disciplinary measure of immediate expulsion from the institution for engaging in homosexual practice.
In a related sanction published alongside the expulsions, a female student identified as Simbiat Babamuharuna, with matriculation number 25L1BL4453, has been rusticated for one academic session after being found guilty of fighting on school grounds.
According to the official communication from CUSTECH management, all sanctions take immediate effect.
The school authorities reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining discipline, law, and moral order across the campus, warning that any conduct that violates the university’s regulations will attract severe consequences.
