The Judicial Service Staff Association of Ghana described former Chief Justice Anin-Yeboah as diligent, selfless, and kind.
According to the Association, the retired justice who rose through the ranks to become the head of the judiciary has left a great legacy that will be remembered in perpetuity.
Mr. Samuel Afotey Otu, President of JUSAG, stated that Mr. Anin-Yeboah was always concerned about matters impacting the welfare of judicial service employees and did everything he could to help them resolve whatever concerns they had.
“Justice Anin-Yeboah admired the judicial staff.” He did everything he could to get us what we wanted as employees and to address concerns that could slow us down. He was a selfless, dedicated, and industrious individual. When asked about the retired Chief Justice’s leadership, he said on Frontline on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, “We appreciated him for what he did throughout his service in the judiciary.”
When asked whether the newly appointed Chief Justice, Justice Gertrude Torkuno, will be able to deliver, he said yes.
“We have faith in the newly appointed CJ’s abilities.” We’ve seen what she’s capable of. “We are confident that she will deliver in the same manner as the outgoing CJ,” he continued,” he told the host, Kwabena Agyapong.
