The Ministry of Transport has expressed its readiness to explore innovative and environmentally sustainable transport solutions following a courtesy call by a delegation from uScovery DMCC, a member of the Unitsky Group of Companies.
The delegation, led by Chief Executive Officer Oleg Zaretskiy, visited the Ministry to introduce Unisky String Technology—an innovative concept developed by Unitsky String Technologies Inc.

During the meeting, Mr. Zaretskiy briefed ministry officials on the system’s potential application in Ghana’s transport sector. He highlighted that the technology is designed to deliver high-speed, cost-efficient, and eco-friendly mobility as an alternative to conventional infrastructure.
Furthermore, he noted its ability to address growing mobility demands while minimizing the environmental footprint typical of traditional transportation modes.

Welcoming the delegation, the Deputy Minister for Transport and Member of Parliament for Jomoro, Hon. Dorcas Affo-Toffey, expressed the Ministry’s keen interest in assessing the suitability of the technology for Ghana.
She assured the delegation of the Ministry’s support in providing the necessary information to facilitate a proper feasibility analysis.

However, she emphasized that any potential collaboration would depend on a thorough evaluation of the system’s technical, economic, and practical viability within the local context.
This engagement aligns with the Government’s broader strategy to modernize national infrastructure through innovative and sustainable approaches.

Moving forward, the interaction provides a foundation for deeper discussions on the technology’s application and the requirements for a comprehensive feasibility assessment, reflecting the Government’s commitment to efficient mobility and sustainable national development.
