Suspected thieves have reportedly looted the animal farm at Paweso near Nsuatre in the Sunyani West in the Bono region.
The thieves allegedly slaughtered 13 of the goats and also stole 60 of the fowl at the farm.
After slaughtering the animals, the thieves sprinkled the blood on the farm.
Reporting from the area, Rainbow Radio’s Nana Kwame disclosed that the thieves left behind a note indicating that they would be back to steal more of the animals from the farm.
He said the owner, Mr. Emmanuel Gyabah, has threatened to unleash a spiritual attack on the thieves.
He has therefore warned residents in the area not to buy fowl or goats from anyone since they could be stolen.
Nana Kwame said the owner has given the thieves three days to return the stolen animals, or he will kill them and their families.
He said the animal farmer had also informed the traditional leaders in the area of what he intended to do.
The farmer lamented that this was not the first time his farm had been looted.
The farmer said, “He has given the thieves up to Wednesday to return the stolen animals, or he will kill all their family members, from newborn babies to adults.”
