Fourteen persons are reported dead following a gory accident that occurred on the Goaso-Mim road.
The tragic incident happened this morning, Friday, September 6, involving a bus transporting workers.
Several others have also sustained serious injuries and have been rushed to the Goaso Government Hospital for treatment.
The cause of the crash is yet to be determined.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
Reporting on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Road 87.5FM, DJ Atofi said the accident has shocked the residents in the area, conferring the number of persons who have died.
The vehicle he said belonged to a Chinese company. According to him, some of the victims had their legs and parts of their bodies detached from them.
The number of injured persons he said are 16.
The men who lost their lives were ten, while the remaining four are women.
