The Minority Caucus in Parliament has appointed the Member of Parliament for Suame, John Darko, as its Legal Counsel.
This was contained in a letter signed by Minority Leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, on Friday, March 7, 2025.
The letter touted Mr. Darko’s experience and expertise which they said makes him well-suited to represent their legal stance on constitutional and legal matters to the public and stakeholders.
“Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Representing the Caucus on legal and constitutional cases. Giving legal advice to the Caucus on any constitutional matter 3. participating in interviews, press conferences and public events.”
