The A&C Mall in East Legon has assured the public that immediate steps have been taken to address the damage caused to some vehicles that were parked at the car park during the heavy downpour on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
The company, in a statement, confirmed that the rains collapsed a solar panel structure in its parking area.
It said the incident caused damage to over 80 vehicles.
A&C Development said the situation was due to
adverse weather conditions but assured the public that immediate measures were being taken to address the situation.
According to A&C Development no injuries were recorded.
It apologised for any inconvenience caused and reaffirmed its dedication to visitor safety.
“Our team, along with the relevant authorities, is on-site to manage the situation and ensure a swift resolution,” the statement read.
“Your safety remains our top priority,” they emphasised, promising regular updates as they work to address the aftermath.
