Member of Parliament for Okaikwei Central, Patrick Yaw Boamah, says the New Patriotic Party (NPP) currently requires discipline, reorganisation, and unity to secure victory in 2028.
He called for a stronger, more cohesive party structure if the NPP is to reclaim power in the 2028 general elections.
The lawmaker made the remarks in a Facebook post on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
The lawyer asserted that the NPP does not just need a flagbearer but requires somebody who can secure them that victory.
“The New Patriotic Party (NPP) needs a strong party, well organised and disciplined, to produce a president, not just a flagbearer,” he said.
