According to details emerging, he went to tap palm wine with the victim and gave him some portion to carry.

While on their way home, the victim reportedly slipped and fell with the palm wine.

Kofi Kpogo is said to have complained bitterly about the situation and chastised the boy until they returned home.

Later that morning, the suspect allegedly woke the boy from his sleep despite his complaints of stomach pain.

He allegedly went into his room, picked up a gun, and fired it into the victim’s scrotum.

The boy then screamed in agony, prompting the suspect to call for assistance.

The boy was then taken to the hospital for treatment.

On the way to the hospital, the suspect instructed the victim not to tell anyone that he was the one who had done this to him, but rather to blame his eight-year-old brother.

The victim, on the other hand, blamed his stepfather rather than his brother.

The accused was then arrested by the Police and arraigned before the court presided over by Abass Abubakar Adams.
